TOP STORY
Shopify launches "Tinker”

Shopify just opened Tinker to everyone. It's a free mobile app that brings together 100+ specialized AI tools for creating images, videos, logos, product photography, and more (no prompt expertise required, no subscriptions to juggle).

The idea behind it: most people know AI tools exist, but don't know which one to use for what, and signing up for each one separately creates friction.

Because all your creations live in the same environment, the app uses context from previous projects to keep your visuals and brand consistent across everything you build.

Tinker removes that by putting everything in one place and keeping it always up to date with the latest models from providers like OpenAI and Google.

Here's what you can make inside Tinker:

  • Product photography: Upload a photo and get professional-quality shots back, styled and lit.

  • Logo design: Go from a sentence to a brand identity.

  • Social media videos: Generate video content without a separate tool.

  • Images & illustrations: Create visuals for any use case.

  • And more…

Tinker is free on iOS and Android for anyone 13 and older.

MUSIC
🎵 Suno drops v5.5 with “Voices, Custom Models, and My Taste”

Suno just released v5.5, their most personal model yet. The headline feature is Voices, the single most requested feature from the Suno community, which lets you capture your own singing voice and use it to create music.

Before this, every track on Suno used a randomly generated voice. Now yours can be the one singing.

Alongside the new model, Suno shipped three features built around your musical identity:

  • Voices: Record or upload your singing voice, and Suno uses it in your songs. It verifies it's you with a spoken phrase match, and your voice stays completely private (only you can use it). Voice sharing is coming later. Available on Pro and Premier plans.

  • Custom Models: Upload tracks from your own catalog and train a personalized version of v5.5 on your style, so the music it generates sounds more like you. Pro and Premier subscribers can create up to three.

  • My Taste: Over time, Suno learns the genres and moods you keep returning to and personalizes its results accordingly. Available for everyone.

Suno also says this update lays the foundation for a next-generation music model they're building with the music industry (including Warner Music Group) later this year.

PHOTOGRAPHY
📸 Freepik launches "3D Scenes"

Freepik just launched 3D Scenes, a tool that turns a flat product photo into a navigable 3D environment.

Upload your image, AI builds the scene around it, and then you move through it like a real shoot, including rotating, zooming, and capturing every angle with consistent lighting throughout.

Here's how it works:

  • Choose your starting point: Kick off from an image, a 3D object, a real-world location, or an empty scene.

  • AI builds the environment: Describe what you want around your product, and it generates the full 3D scene.

  • World Locations: Pull real places directly from Google Maps and drop your product into them, no stock photos or compositing needed.

  • Shoot Mode: Position your camera with controls a photographer would recognize (lighting direction and intensity, camera angle and distance, and depth of field).

  • Every shot stays consistent: Lighting and detail hold across every angle you capture.

Note: 3D Scenes is currently experimental (Freepik is actively collecting feedback on issues).

📱 Rork introduces "Max Publishing"

Rork just made App Store submission entirely hands-off.

The new Max Publishing feature auto-fills every field on your App Store page, generates icons and screenshots, runs a mock review to help you avoid rejection, and submits it all directly to your Apple Developer account.

Rork Max is an AI app builder that lets you create native iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch apps from a plain English description (no Xcode, no coding required).

Note: You'll still need an Apple Developer account ($99/year) to publish to the App Store (that's Apple's requirement, not Rork's).

Here's everything Max Publishing handles for you:

  • Icons & screenshots: AI-generated visuals for your listing, including iPad screenshots.

  • App Store fields: Descriptions, keywords, categories, all auto-filled.

  • Mock review: A simulated Apple review runs before submission to catch common rejection triggers.

  • One-click submit: Files directly from Rork to your Apple Developer account, no App Store Connect gymnastics.
