🎨 Adobe Illustrator launches "Turntable"

Adobe Illustrator released “Turntable” (now out of beta), a new feature that generates multiple rotated views so you can explore different creative directions. You can smoothly slide between angles, extract the ones you like for editing, and export them as GIF files.

For animators and game designers, there's a "place all frames on canvas" option that lays every angle out side by side, perfect for building sprite sheets or animation references.

The March update also brings improvements to Text to Vector Graphic: Auto Select now generates up to four variations from a single prompt, and you can apply style references using partner models like GPT Image and Gemini.

🖌️ Figma brings "AI Image Tools" to FigJam, Slides, and Buzz

Figma is rolling out its AI image tools across FigJam, Figma Slides, and Figma Buzz (beta), so you can edit and refine images without leaving your workspace.

Note: Available to Dev, Collab, and View seats (Buzz only) on Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans with AI enabled.

The tools include Expand (extend an image beyond its borders), Isolate (pull a single object out of an image), Erase (remove unwanted elements), and Vectorize (convert images to vectors, available in Slides and Buzz only).

These were previously limited to Figma Design, but now they work across more of the platform.

If you're brainstorming in FigJam, building a deck in Slides, or producing assets in Buzz, you can clean up and refine visuals without switching to a separate editor just to remove a background or extend a photo.

🎥 HeyGen launches "Interactive Training Videos"

HeyGen just added interactive video features to its AI video platform, turning one-way training videos into two-way learning experiences.

You can now drop quizzes directly into your videos to check knowledge in real time, create branching paths that let viewers choose their own direction based on decisions, and add CTA buttons that link to external resources or jump to specific moments.

When you're done, you can export the whole thing as a SCORM file and upload it straight to your LMS.

What are SCORM and LMS? An LMS (Learning Management System) is a platform companies use to deliver and track training courses (think Docebo, TalentLMS, or even Google Classroom).

SCORM is a standard file format that lets your interactive video plug into any LMS, so you can track who watched, who passed quizzes, and where people dropped off.

If you're building onboarding, compliance training, or any kind of team education content, this is a big step up.

Instead of recording a video and hoping people watch it, you can build experiences where viewers actively participate and you get real signal on what actually stuck.
